Friendly service, nice location in the pedestrian zone, you can watch people with a good cup of coffee or a glass of Aperol Sprizz, including blasphemy ... very pleasant there.

A very nice café that is kept in the style of the 50s / 60s. A good selection and high quality complement the ambience. There is nothing wrong with it at all.

The selection of cakes was very poor on Sunday afternoon at coffee time. It's a shame, otherwise we sat comfortably.

The cake was delicious. The breakfast was ok, the conditions too. But I'm not 100% convinced, there is still room for improvement.

Unfriendly service, high prices and at breakfast there were mediocre Aufbackbrötchen. I expect better quality from a coffee house.

Condition very friendly to ambience very nice. Personally, I think breakfast is far too little. Sausage specialties and then there are boiled ham and salami. I would have liked to have asked what kind of jam you'd like. I think water for 4 euros is clearly too expensive.

We were pleased about the "cheerfulness" and friendliness (already suggested by name) as well as totally good teamwork and attention in all things. The filter coffee we ordered was very tasty and is an extra mention here. On our next visit to Rügen, we will certainly be happy to come back to your coffee house. Please stay so service-oriented. Both of our breakfast orders, one with scrambled eggs and the other with sunny side up, had pieces of EGG SHELLS in them. Nothing worse than biting right into that. Only reason I gave 2 stars is because the waitress was working hard to manage all the customer tables.

The Fröhlich coffee house is beautifully located in an alley. We had a great time sitting outside and enjoyed delicious ice cream sundaes and fine coffee drinks. The service was great and the waitress really friendly! Thank you so much! We'd love to come back!

We visit the "Kaffeehaus Fröhlich" regularly and are delighted every time. A really great team, which works great together. Is always motivated and always in a good mood, welcomes his guests. Whether coffee, scrambled eggs, breakfast, ice cream or the delicious cakes, everything is served very attractively. You sit comfortably with nice background music. The cheerful café in the middle of the old town between everyone and the new market is always worth a stop to refuel. The coffee is lonely class and the milk foam is perfect .. the cake is also very good. We have come for having a coffee break there. I have ordered ice chocolate. It was not tasty at all. Only lump of ice. Normally I like to have a cake for my tea time. But the pastries look not so tempted. I did not choose any. The price is just undesirable expensive. The service was disappointing. Not friendly. No welcome nor greeting. She just worked in rush. So we just left the cafe in hurry. Even not to think to give a tip for the waitress ?
